Syring find we are in need of your expert advice in recommending what equipment is necessary to set up a syringe manufacturing operation.
We are aware that we require all machines necessary to prepare and melt plastic to the condition required to inject into the molds. (We have access to all the raw materials).
We also need molds to form syringe barrels, plungers, plunger seals, needle covers and needles (stainless steel, although this is a different operation to be incorporated into the manufacturing assembly line).
Automatic assembly is required to produce a final wrapped product of various sizes.
All machines (including needle machine) necessary are required for our complete installation.
From your experience, please, could you provide to us a budget analysis with the equipment you recommend we acquire for this venture (we need everything, I???m sure I???ve missed many items), also include potential shipping charges.
You should include with your proposal the hourly rate of unit production.
If you could keep the budget figure to plus or minus 10% it would be very helpful.
It may be necessary for you to provide technical assistance during our installation process and training to our staff in its operation.
If it is necessary, on your part, to involve other machine manufacturers, then please do so as we would be placing our entire order through a single source.
