5. Parking : In 210/230 Kgs Bales
6.Price ;  $2,200 Per Metric Ton  (CIF to buyer's destination)
7.Payment: Confirmed 100% Sight LC divisible and irrevocable from Prime Bank.
8. Delivery:immediately after receipt of Payment order.
9. Validity 5days 10; Minimum Supply: One 20 FT Container Per Delivery.

Procedure
Seller issues FCO.
Buyer accepts with LOI/ICPO.
Seller and buyer signs contract.
Buyer: Opens the LC immediately.
Seller deliver the goods as agreed
Buyer pays according to the terms of contract.
