THE RISHABH VELVELEEN LTD is one of the biggest producer of PU Leather, PVC Leather, THE RISHABH VELVELEEN LIMITEDt PU Leather, Dry Leather, Flocked Velvets, Suede Velvets, Woven Velvets & Knitted Velvets and sell under a brand named Velveleen since 1988. We are ISO 9001 2000 certified company, We are a specialized manufacture of fabric used in various applications like Home Furnishings, Upholstery Fabrics, Car Seat, Sofa fabrics, Garments, Shoes, Bus Seat, Luggage etc. With a capacity to produce 1 million meters per month using imported machineries like from Europe, Germany, Italy, and France etc. The company has everything under one roof pre finishing, production, post finishes, testing, development, R& D and inspection under a covered area more than 50000 sq meters. We have our own test house to ensure the quality of raw material and of finished products. We have in house R& D center to regularly develop new qualities, concepts and designs catering the ever changing requirements of our esteemed customers and the market. We do our own design developments by CAD system and our designs are registered under designed ACT. Our team always welcomes the advice and challenges of our esteemed customers. We qualify most of the American, European and International quality standards.

Facilities
We have everything under one roof starting from the preparatory work till the post finishes, inspection, packaging and dispatch. We have European flocking lines, PU Leather lines, Face to face velvet looms and warp knitted machines. Along with these main machines we have number of support equipments like jet dyeing, soft flow dyeing, jigger dyeing, stenters, raising machine, shearing machine, calendaring machine, hot embossing for both synthetic leather and velvet fabrics, wet and dry tumblers etc. We also have wet printing, heat transfer paper printing and Engraver Printing, having the capacity to print up to 20 colors wet printing designs. Our test house is equipped with all the required testing equipments enabling us to give our own test certificates for the product manufactured.
