Tianye Chemicals, the dedicated chemicals manufacturing arm of Xinjiang Tianye Group Co. Ltd. (Tianye Group), is China's biggest PVC RESIN and CAUSTIC SODA producer, with annual production capacity of more than 720,000 metric tons & 600,000 metric tons per year respectively. Upon the completion of Tianye Chemicals new facility at the end of 2010, another 400,000 metric tons and 300,000 metric tons of PVC RESIN and CAUSTIC SODA will be added to our overall capacity, strengthening our leading position in this industry.


Incorporated in July 1996, Tianye Group is undoubtedly one of the world's leaders in both PVC RESIN and CAUSTIC SODA manufacturing and also water-saving and irrigation equipments and systems developing. Xinjiang Tianye Co. Ltd. and Tianye Water-saving Co. Ltd., both controlled by Tianye Group, were listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in June, 1996 and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February, 2006 respectively. In 2008, Tianye Group's total asset reaches 15 billion, with more than 6.7 billion in revenue and 1.3 billion in profit*.
