TNT co-packing capabilities
TNT Supplements minimum run on capsules are approximately 10,000 but it depends on the raw materials necessary. The two sizes we run are 0 or 00 which are the largest sizes.
We can quote several ways:
For Capsules:
Minimum run: varies
(dependent on raw materials and density of powder)
1-turnkey ????????urchase raw materials , encapsulate and/or bottle.
Or
2-you send blends for TNT to encapsulate and/or bottle.
Labels are usually sent to TNT but we can have them printed also
For Packets:
Minimum run: varies
1-turnkey-we purchase raw materials, buy film, form fill seal single serve packets
Or
2- you send blends for TNT to fill in packets
We usually have film printed for customer
Our sizes for packets: 2.5 inch wide length is minimum 2 inch-maximum 11 inch
3 inch wide
5 inch wide
Working on stick packs a little less than 1 inch wide-max 8 inch
For Canisters:
Minimum run: varies
1- Turnkey we purchase raw materials, blend materials according to your specification, package in bulk or retail canisters
Or
2-Blends and/or packaging materials are sent to TNT for blending and filling
