Procedure is simple: we agree on a pricing and payment term, buyer sends a LOI, no BCL, no soft probe. We send draft contract. Buyer sends back a signed contract with a LC draft to be approved by thr seller bank. Once LC is approved, seller posts 2% PB to activate non-operative LC. Shipment commmences 20 -45 days after receipt of the financial intstrument.
We operate on the good faith basis to you or your buyer who is genuine and sincere to do business with us.
Past BL is available upon request after signing contract before opening financial instrument.
