Valtesso International at Valtesso have been into Textile Business since last 4 years. Built with an idea to be different from other textile buying and inspection houses, we have put special emphasis on imparting VALUE into what we do. As a total solution provider for Textile sourcing and Quality control services, we ensure that our clients gets best Value package for their sourcing in terms of correct price, high quality level of product and services and timely shipments.
We started off as buying house primarily for yarns and then gradually expanded to greige and dyed fabrics with complete Quality Inspection and control department.
Inorder to ensure consistent quality level, we dont wait untill shipment is ready and then do its pre-shipment inspection. Rather we have intensive ON-LINE QUALITY INSPECTION & CONTROL system in place, which makes it possible to make quality products right at the start.
Our Quality Control department is divided into three categories: Yarns, Grey fabrics and Dyed fabrics. As we believe in specialized work, we have hired best quality auditors who have several years of hands-on experience in production and quality control in different Textile mills of Pakistan. This gives them good understanding of different production problems that can occur during manufacturing of yarns, greige and dyed fabrics.
Above all, headed by qualified Textile Engineers, our Quality Control dept is not only well versed to handle all production related issues, rather we give necessary suggestions to improve product quality right at manufacturing stage.
Apart from Sourcing and Quality Control services, we can also help our esteemed clients in new Product Developments. Be it yarns, new greige constructions or innovative finishings, we add VALUE in the process thanks to our diversified experience in this field.
