In 1998, XTM Co., Ltd. was established as a manufacturer/developer/
exporter of banking machines.
In 2005, the organization was re-structured under the new company name
XTM World Co., Ltd.
In 2010~2012, the investment company  invested 4 million
dollars and became the largest shareholder of XTM World Co., Ltd.
SBI Group is a major company in Japan.
In June 2012, the SBI Group restructured the organization by establishing
Veritatech Co., Ltd.
Veritatech organization was reborn with Veritatech as a professtional developer/
manufactuerer/exporter of banking machines including banknote
counters, counterfeit detectors, value counters, and muti-pocket machines.
