The Vietnam Research Institute of Pulp and Paper Industry have recently made plans to transform from a governmental agency into a joint stock company. Vietnam has joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) this year and Vietnam Research Institute of Pulp and Paper Industry changes are brought on as part of this exciting process. In the spirit of this historical event, our institute would like to provide you with an introduction and also a conference proposal. The only company of its kind in Vietnam, our institute is in the process of creating plans for the future, including the establishment of joint research centers with foreign companies.
