We have 6 workshops furnished with full automatic semi-conductive encapsulation equipments for crystal-fixing, wire-welding, powder-dusting, gluing, cap-fixing, beam-splitting. Our daily production capacity of LED light beads is more than 50,000 pieces. Our welding technology is very advanced and electric controllability of our products is very high because we have such advanced equipments as Non-lead Solder reflow, Integrating Sphere, Junction Temperature Tester, Withstanding Pressure Tester, Aging Machine and so on. We can produce finished LED lights for more than 100,000 pieces and our products are sold in more than 100 countries around the world, mainly applied by road, offices, families, restaurants and so on. All of our products are in conform to the ROHS certificate, and have passed those certificates as CCC, UL, CE, TUV, ADE.
