Looking for customized thin film solar panels.

Would yWorld Energy Center be able to customize the panel for a 2413mm x 1143mm, frameless? If so, what would be the Watt output for that size panel? What is the cost per watt include the wiring and junction boxes? Shipping? Would it be permitted to have about 16 holes drilled at the edge of panel, for the bolting of panel to the mounting frame, and still be able to maintain the panel integrity? We would apply an epoxy caulk at the "hole" sites (16) to ensure waterproofing.
