Wuxi Jinkaichen Metal Products Co., Ltd possess the quadric-coated and quadric-dried color coating production flow lines introduced from Japan, fully automatic touch equipments and the CC-LINK communication technology, and Germanic advanced testing instruments are applied to get an accurate and stable result. With 9 extruding lines whose sizes are up to 200mm, 2 anodizing lines, 2 powder coating lines and 1 wood color coating line, the timely delivery is ensured. The strict implementation of ISO system, DIN and AAMA standards guarantee the quality of aluminum extrusion profiles. Our 1650 high-speed omnipotence mill producing line is a high-speed omnipotence mill machine. It is the aluminum foil production equipment with the higher autoimmunization, world-leading examination instruments, imported model instruments, the AGC & AFC autoimmunization control system and the autoimmunization controlling foil separator and jointer. At present, we can produce color coated aluminum coils with the thickness of 0.25mm-1.5mm and the width of 1000mm-1600mm. The major thickness of the aluminum foil ranges from 0.0085mm to 0.01mm, and the width ranges from 90mm to 1400mm. For the aluminum extrusion mould, its weight ranges from 500 tons to 3800 tons, and we can extrude different sizes and make different coatings on the surface of aluminum extrusions.
