MCR mainly designs and manufactures stepper motors, PMDC motors, PMDC gear motors and motor drive controllers which are mainly used in cars, household appliances, office equipment, fitness equipment and various types of automation control. Our drive controllers are of high reliability and low cost. We have advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, among which precision injection molding machines, winding machines and comprehensive performance testers are our well-known products. Our company has a sound internal management and quality control system. Since the foundation in 2006, we have successfully developed stepper motors of MR1107 and MR1108. These two motors are mainly used in car dashboard. Products of Switec can be fully substituted by our stepper motors. On the basis of international technology, we&＃039;ve innovated and developed micro electric arc welding technique and precision arc gear transmission equipment. We have obtained several patents. Automatic winding machines, robotic assembly lines and automatic test equipment are adopted in the process of such precise micro-motors. All the professional automated production and testing equipment are the fruits of our hard-working engineers. We are also devoted ourselves to developing and manufacturing high performance DC brush and brushless motors, DC servo motors and motor drive controllers.
