1) We have all the necessary instruments to analyze materials, manufacturing procedure and finished products.
2) QC team checks raw materials when factories buy them before bulk production.
3) PP samples are requested before bulk production and are sealed to make sure the bulk production follows all requests.
4) QC team checks the production in the middle of production time to make sure the order follows clients' requests.
5) Start AQL2.5/4 checking at the 80% or ending of the production
