The YES SRL Company was founded on December 2002 in Legnano (MI) with the aim to improve value in Endodontics, by a new generation synergic program, taking advantage from the cooperation with important scientists. After a long experienced evaluation of the components of common root canal adhesives and sealers, YES SRL scientists have been evolving a new sequential synergic program, in order to obtain the most of benefits ever achieved since today. Presently YES is the exclusive operating arm of this project: University and Professional tests, CE Certification (D.N.V. - ITALCERT), Cefinal Endocem® products manufacturing and trading have been managed personally by our Company, as patent and brand owner. “Cefinal Endocem®”, the 4th- generation endodontic gutta-percha adhesive, for the root canal final obturation, is today the best answer to a number of problems prior encountered by the dentists. The canal disinfection is obtained by a lubricant, surfactant, antiseptic and preservative cream (water soluble), helpful as prevention of contamination as well. Chemically stable, “Cefinal Cream” is the product suggested by Yes. An antiseptic solution (hydro-alcoholic and ready to use) helps removing the cream. Its detergent, surfactant, non histolytic action (chemically stable) allows a rapid and incisive correct irrigation before the permanent obturation. “Cefinal Wash” is what we suggest. “Cefinal Endocem” is a revolutionary endodontic gutta-percha adhesive cement, based on a balanced proportion of zinc oxide and natural resin. It is the current great innovation to a guaranteed excellent solution for every final root canal obturation (both, post vital pulpectomy and post gangrene treatment). It develops a final antisepsis, imbibitions of unreached parts, preservative effect, bacterial inhibition. It creates an effective barrier against infiltration. Highly biocompatible. Good radio-opacity. Its exclusive complex “Obeol-5” grants excellent effects in disinfection and preservation. “Liquid Plastic” is actually the final novel result of the present research. After setting, the cement assumes a gutta-percha similar consistency: great adhesion with a preservative effect, slight expansion, high biocompatibility. No odor and no color. Its seal is completely guaranteed rather where gutta-percha fails. Suggested in setting under glass-ionomer, resin polymerization products and composites. Its properties are well known and if stabilized by the “Obeol-5 Complex” they will reach a constant preservative effect. “TCF”- Temporary Canal Filling is a root canal protection. It is useful if the final obturation needs to be postponed, such as in risky zones, apical closure, osteo-cementum formation, deciduous teeth or apexification procedures.
