YSK CO., LTD. was established in 1966.
We have three production bases and five sales bases in Japan.
We occupy approximately 10% of domestic markets in the field of linear shaft production.
We are aiming to be the best shaft manufacturer in the world.
We have three production bases in Japan.
We make custom shafts as well, made to order from the customers designs.
The products are linear shafts, shafts for printing machines, rolled shafts, guide shafts for press machines, shafts for semiconductor manufacturing machines, and many other shafts for machine products
We acquired certification for ISO 9002 in 2000, and for ISO 9001-2000 in 2004.
In 2009, we became a certified company, based on provisions of
1st clause of article IV (Four) of Act on Enhancement of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises' Core Manufacturing Technology from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry .
We were also chosen to carry out the Strategic Basic Technology Enhancement Support Project in fiscal 2009.
We have deals with more than 1,000 domestic companies,
And continue to deliver to major printing makers, press makers, various device makers and others.
Our company supplies samples to the customer upon request, and then produces the selected item to order.
We are confident of our shaft production technology by machine work and heat-treatment technology, and have many year of experience.
We want to deliver a high-grade product manufactured using this technology.
Our company is always developing new technology of heat treatment in induction hardening. This technology makes steel refined and high-intensity which makes a deep effective case depth.
