Yuan Dean Scientific Co., Ltd. (YDS) was established in 1990 and registered in Tainan. In 1995, Ho Mao Electronics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.,a branch of YUAN DEAN SCIENTIFIC CO., LTD. was set up in Xiamen, China. Shanghai Branch of Yuan Dean Scientific Co., Ltd. was established in 1998
YDS has abundant design and production experience in various types of pulse transformers, RJ45 Magnetic Jack which contains transformers inside, 10/100/1000Base-T LAN filters, AC / DC and DC / DC converters and delay lines. These products are widely used in communications, networking, medical equipment, industrial equipment and safety equipment.

In recent years, YDS has been focusing on developing more LED driver power supplies, LED lighting products and other energy saving products to stay in line with the world trends.

In 2009, we used the Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (ED-XRF) to ensure the reliability of RoHS Certification.
In Nov., 2009, YDS was awarded ISO9001:2008 quality management (Update from ISO 9001:2000) certification.
