Our company is specialized in hot laminated flex banner (including frontlit, backlit, double colors and blockout for one side printed), coated flex banner (including frontlit, backlit, double colors), hot laminated and coated blockout for both sides printed, hot laminated PVC tarpaulin, coated PVC tarpaulin, truck-side curtain, large-scale membrane structural material, coated mesh, one way vision, vinyl, cotton canvas, etc. The max seamless width is up to 5.1M.

With the total investment of about 100 million RMB, our company covers an area of about 30,000 square meters. We own seven standard workshops and two large storages. Two complete-computer-control calendar equipment was introduced from Taiwan Area, six weaving-machine from Germany, two hot melt compound machines and two coating equipment from Taiwan Area. 20,000 tons of PVC film and 60 million square meters of hot & coated materials are produced for exporting annually.

The printing materials are well-printed, fast-drying speed of ink, flame retardant, anti-UV, durable both outside and inside. It has reached the EU non-toxic environmental protection requirements. ACRYLIC or PVDF lacquering can be maturely added to the production process. The series products apply to outdoor high-grade tarpaulin after surface treatment.
