Our plant is 140 kilometers away from Shanghai and 160 kilometers away from Ningbo and we are near to Hangzhou-Ningbo highway. The transportation is very convenient.

At present, the 1st stage was invested 300 million RMB. We have set up a factory which covers 20000 square meters. There are 5 workshops including plastic injection?hardware (tube cutting & punching)?metal welding?powder coating and assembly. We have the most advanced equipment to ensure our production is highly efficient. They are 25 sets TEDERIC?plastic injection machines produced by Germany technology, 4 sets automatic tube cutting machines produced by Taiwan technology, 10 sets advanced punching machines, 6 sets OTC?automatic welding machines imported from Japan, 2 sets automatic welding machines designed by ourselves and 1 set WAGNER?automatic powder coating line imported from Germany. We have 3 sets assembly lines with total daily capacity of 6000 units. The annual output of 1st stage is 1.5 million units.
