我们正在成为中国最大的民营船用螺旋桨企业，到2010年底我们将具备生产11米直径，净重120吨以上大桨能力，年产量达到000吨，我们的主要产品包括FPP，CPP并且具备船用齿轮箱，轴系，尾管等的成套供应服务以及螺旋桨维修服务，我们的设备包括15吨起重行车，中频融化电炉（一次熔炼能力达150吨），8米立车，11米数显螺距仪，大型液压平衡仪以及大型FPP数控加工中心等等， Zhenjiang Propeller Co., Ltd emerging biggest private marine propeller enterprise after more than 15 million euro investment by China Transmission Group. we have many experienced technician and workers as well as design team. By the end of 2010(new factory starts operation on Oct.2010), our annual production capacity is 6000 tons, including 600 sets of adjustable propeller. We are able to produce a single-piece fixed propeller having a net weight up to 120 ton and a diameter up to 11 meters and have also a strong supply capability of complete sets of gear boxes, shaft system and stern tube parts. The main production equipment includes 125 –ton crane, medium-frequency electric melting furnaces, 8-meter vertical lathes as well as large size boring machine and FPP CNC machining centers etc. Of course , we also have optimized design ability on the engine-propeller-ship matching based on different requirement.
