Procedure:
1. Buyer issues LOI to receive soft offer.
2. Seller issues icpo format for buyer bank endorsement.
3. Seller issues fco and draft contract within 24 hours provided credit details are accepted.
4. Final contract signed and sealed with both parties.
5. Buyer issues non-operative L/ C.
6. Seller provides POP bank to bank
7. 2% PB or trade credit insurance cover is issued by sellers to activate lc.
8. Inspection at loading port if buyers desires.
9. Shipment begins within 30 to 45 days.
