We will ensure your quality standards by controlling production on all stages of manufacturing up to the shipment of the goods and will solve all potential problems occurring during the production of your order.

Country Management sourcing services:

1. Sourcing for manufacturers that are matching customers requirements, collecting preliminary information about factories.
2. Factories audit and report issuing (company profile).
3. Preliminary negotiations on terms and conditions of production or organizing negotiations between factory and customer.

Services of samples development, production and quality control include:

1. Price negotiation and payment terms on each category of product with manufacturer. Preliminary costing and development of quality sample from buyer within discussed price range and minimum order quantity.

2. Approval of lead-time with the manufacturer.

3. Development and approval of forms of documents in accordance with local and international laws and standards of the manufacturer. Approval of draft agreements.

4. Confirmation of order at the factory and conformity of terms of delivery.

5. Quality control of materials according to confirmed by buyer, confirmation of quality samples and lab-dips with buyer.

6. Follow-up the order from the development until shipment.

7. Ensuring of manufacturing lead times are being met by the factory.

8. Quality control inspections on all stages of production according to buyers Acceptable Quality Limit - Initial production check, During production check and before shipment inspection.

9. Ensuring of issuing shipping documents according to sales and purchase agreement between two parties.
