3T Holdings Pte Ltd need to purchase Russian D2 for our clients 200,000MT per month for a duration of 12 months. We will take 200,000MT in 4 equal batches of each 50,000MT We are real buyers and so we are seeking for realistic Diesel suppliers, to provide their SCO on FOB delivery  (Vladivostok or Novorossiysk) terms inorder for us to move forward. Please note that we will not make any form prepayment on the order.
