Some products are outs3Tced, which is why we have an account here. We begin with trial quantities of 100+ of a product that we identify could have significant potential and test market. If the product performs well, our parent company exercises greater purchasing power of quantities of 1000+ or 10,000+ of the identified product. We may only do business with manufacturers who allow us or our parent company to remain the OEM for products purchased and sell under our brand name. Honesty, trust, service and integrity is very important to build a strong relationship. We request that only companies who follow similar ethics request a relationship with us. If we choose to entertain a relationship with a foreign manufacturer and request quotation, we easily select a small group for a final bid. Those who offer their best price and service up front without the need to haggle have the best chance to receive our business. Also, companies and manufacturers who understand our process and role with our parent company are preferred, as they understand how to do business with a company like ours. They will offer best pricing on the initial quantity, understanding that if the product is viable and proves to be a success, much larger quantities follow. We request that all policies, warranties, and other pertinent information be provided up front.
