Second, the available quantity is only 500,000 MT/month .
Third, the fuel is going to come from one of the largest refinery of Russia.

Now, dealing with the Russians is very hard. Your buyer must have impeccable credentials and money situation.

Following are the Seller's requirements:

1. ICPO ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD
2. INCLUDE FULL COMPANY PROFILE WITH ICPO. ( I shall provide the draft separately and the buyer should follow accordingly)
3. A COLOR PHOTOCOPY OF PASS PORT OF CEO OR ONE WHO SIGNS THE ICPO MUST BE INCLUDED.
4. USE AND MAINTAIN THE FORMAT AS BEING SENT SEPARATELY.
5. IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR SELLER TO GIVE A DEFINITE YES OR NO ANSWER.
6. BANK REQUIREMENTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ICPO. ( WE PROVIDE THE DRAFT TO BE FOLLOWED).
