This cocoa plantation is a very large one though it has produced very poorly due to lack of quality management, lack of good market and inadequate farm inputs.The production of this plantation can increase tremendously with implementation of this three retarding factors.the management problem is solved but cannot lead to increased output without a corresponding supply of the other two factors(market and farm inputs). The plantation is large enough to give a yield of about 5000 tons of cocoa and more.
