Ability Auto Pvt Ltd. has opened a new horizon in Forging field by adopting the latest technology viz. we take-up development of dies and tooling on total CAD,CAM and CAE solution through Unigraphics-Nx3., backed by the Rigid Manufacturing mould development on Deckle Maho- Germany Vertical Machining Center(VMC) with Fanuc 180i. We do mention here that Crank Press (Mechanical), used for Forging/Component manufacturing is considered to be the most reliable equipment the world over. Our Product Range are Forging-Ferrous ( carbon, alloy steel) / Non-ferrous ( aluminium, brass, copper ) / Weight range 0.200 kgs to 2 kgs.
