Working PROCEDURE

1. Buyer to provide bank promissory note and CPA or PreCPA
2. Shell Bank verifies the buyer's bank promissory note and the shell terminal verifies the vsl
3. Upon programm payment confirmation
4. Shell supply vsl communicates verbally and in writing with the Buyer's receiving vsl
5. Shell supply vsl sails to longside and tie-up with Buyer's receiving vsl
6. Upon tie up of both vsls, the Buyer's vsl issues a permit (ATB) for buyer's representatives and inspectors to come on board the vsl
7. Shell offficials provide the contract and other shipping documents to the Buyer's Representative for their perusal and execution as well as records.
8. Transhipment Takes place
9. Q&Q takes place
10. Payment is effected
11. Buyer's vsl sails off to disport end of bizmation, shell programms and loads a cargo
