  Delivery: Immediately after the buyer / Representative signs the contract and inspects the goods at the place where our copper is in Tanzania , or D.R.Congo.
  Payment: By Cashier Check/Banker? Check, Swift Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) and L/C to Seller\'s designated Bank account.  This shall be in mutual accord and agreement by both sides.
