Ltd, is manufacturer of top quality thermal Insulation and electrical Insulation products as AGNI FIBRE BOARDS PRIVATE LIMITEDll as FRP Pultruded products for electrical Insulation and Chemical Resistance. We give importance to what we do, so our work represents and encapsulates the values and beliefs of each team member and professional, who are integral parts of our organization. We are involved in the production of superior quality Thermal products as well as FRP pultruded products. Today, we are also reckoned as one of the leading Structural Thermal as well as FRP pultruded product manufacturers and suppliers in India. With humble beginning and gradually established Agni Fiber Boards Pvt. Ltd. with single product in the year 1998 at Vadodara, Gujarat, and western part of India. And now company has grown to produce multiple products with different technologies. The production plant is spreaded over in land area of 1800 square meter. We are well connected via road, air and train. We are well equipped with high voltage testing equipment, tensile testing equipment, bending test equipment s etc. that help us to develop quality end products. All the products are tested in govt. approved lab like. ERDA, located in our industrial zone in Vadodara. All process like batch mixing, Grinding, Cutting are carried out In house. FRP PULTRUSION DIVISION: At present we have Automatic pultrusion machines having 15 production lines to manufacture FRP profiles for variety of electrical and Mechanical ,Structural Chemical applications such as transformers, chocks, switchgear, onload tapchanger insulation, lightning attesters, Cable tray, telescopic operating and discharge rod. We use RF dryer for our pultrusion manufacturing which improves quality of our product. We supply profiles in various resin systems such as epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester etc. We are also well experienced in manufacturing of FRP Handlayup products. Recently we have signed MOU s with two international organizations for manufacturing contract. THERMAL INSULATION DIVISION: Agni Fiber Boards Pvt. Ltd. is also the leading manufacturer of Structural Thermal Insulation Boards which are suitable for heat processing, fire protection and electrical resistance applications. These boards have structural strength with low thermal conductivity over a wide range of temperature. Our Boards are easy to machine. Operations like drilling, milling and turning can be carried out with aid of conventional machine tools. These products are used in High volume baking ovens, steam curing chambers, Textile drying ovens, Paint booths, Curing ovens, Powder Coating Ovens, Ladle covers, Boiler baffles, Flue gas bafflesOur Boards are easy to machine. We have recently entred in new market for polyster pultruded products mainly used in structural, Chemical and other Industry. Polyster Pultruded products are for FRP Strut, Cable tray, Ladder, FRP Channels etc.
