Turkish dried apricots are the fruit of the apricot tree prepared from clean and sundried apricots from Malatya region of Turkey. Fresh apricots are collected from trees, preserved using sulfur dioxide for 2-3 days,pitted and dried under the sun. Apricots are mechanicallly washed and hand sellected to remove any foreign metarials.
