Iceland Cold Chain product portfolio product includes Grade A Processed/Unprocessed chicken feet, Cattle

Stomach, Boneless beef, Penis, cattle feet(Beef and goat), Check meet etc.

Any visits or inspections can be arranged through SGS or Private inspectors to ensure quality standards and

Product specifications as per customer requirements.

Chicken feet specifications are as under;

1. Processed/UnProcessed Chicken Feet of Grade A Quality
2. Weight b/w 30g-55g or above (variance less than 5% of any feet below 30g)
3. Washed & Cleaned
4. Without broken bones
5. White skin (outer yellow skin off- Processed paws only)
6. Moisture content less than 2%
7. No bad smells
8. Black spots less than 1%
9. No excessive blood (Processed Chicken feet)
10. Blast freeze up-to -40C
11. Packed in 10kg/20kg cartons or as per customer requirements.
