Technical Specification Details: How It Works ‘ACI’ vent: Mechanics 1 : ‘ACI’ vent Operates on wind energy as well as stack effect. Mechanics 2 : The wind, which passes though Turbine, rotates it, which in term create a section inside the covered roof. Mechanics 3 : The sucked out air is replaced by fresh air drawn in through other opening as windows doors etc. Mechanics 4 : ‘ACI’ vent is a Wind Driven Vertical roof exhaust based on the revolutionary Free- Floating concept actuated by natural convection of the building assisted by the natural wind out side. Mechanics 5 :( “Rigid Construction”): “ACI” Vents is in built with a heat and friction resistant Teflon cap, which provides a near friction free motion. The air movement lifts and separates the turbine from contact with central S.S. Shaft resulting in exhaust. “ACI” Vents vanes are fabricated with special grade aluminum to a anodized specifications of JIS special grade H24, making it stress resistant.
