Company Description

Introduction It is one of the mixed sector companies under supervision of the Ministry of Industry; it was established in 1962 and started with registered capital of ID 80, 000. The main products Alhilal Industrial Company (HIC)re the evaporative air-coolers with capacity of 50 units per day. Other product was arc welding electrodes with capacity of 2 tons per day. HIC proceeded and continued developing the manufacturing works and facilities for better qualities and varieties of products which is covering the requirements of all Iraq. Through the years up to 2002, the companyâ??s capital was increased to be ID 6, 600, 000, 000. The properties of the company: â?¢ 5000 m2 the area of management building. â?¢ 40 000 m2 the area of the factories. â?¢ 20 000 m2 the area of the stores. â?¢ 350 000 m2 the area of other investable properties. HIC Overview: The company has (7) factories that we will explain their activities later with about (600) employee in different specializations. HIC is managed by the higher management represented by the board of directors which consists of private and government share holders who would elect the General Manager for the company. 1. Bottles Covers Factory. 7. The Factory of Prefab Houses ( caravans) Assembling.
