LETTER OF INTENT The Foreign Trade Company ALLAllwe, Moscow Russia acting with full corporate responsibility as the Seller submits our formal LETTER OF INTENT to sell the following goods. ALLWE states with full legal responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to sell the product as illustrated below and are the legal signatory with full corporate power to produce the acceptable banking instruments to activate a valid sales contract between ALLWE and the Buyer. 1. NAME OF THE PRODUCT: Colled rolled grain oriented electric anisotropic steel 2. COUNTRY of ORIGINE: Russia 3. QUALITY: GOST 21427.4-87 Grade: 3421, 3422, 3423, 3424 and 3425 Thickness: 0.05, 0.08 and 010 mm Width: from 5 to 650 mm upon customer&＃039;s request 4. QUANTITY: upon request 5. TERMS OF DELIVERY: CPT indicated port (Incoterms 2000) 6. TERMS OF PAYMENT: The buyer shall issue irrevocable, confirmed, documentary Letter of Credit within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing the contract for the 100% of the total amount of the contract.
