Company Description

The company was founded by private individuals in January 2001. The 750 + 130 m2 plant was built on a 4, 000 m2 plot on the outskirts of the town of Inárcs (34 km from the capital, Budapest, along the M5 motorway). The company has a staff of 30 people, of which 26 work directly in production. CASTING DIE DESIGN AND DIE-CASTING The profile of Aluko Hungary Industrial Ltd. is the die-casting of aluminium. Our primary characteristics are great experience, punctual deliveries and high quality. We can also design and manufacture casting dies as required and agreed, using various forms of financing. ISO certification: In the interest of maintaining and developing our standard of quality we introduced the ISO quality assurance system in April 2004. We obtain our raw materials from Hungary, in the interest of meeting technical requirements we only use casting blocks of primary production that meet the standards of the European Union. The raw materials are melted in a gas furnace, but the molten material is kept heated in electric resistance-heated furnaces that maintain a constant temperature with a margin of error of ± 10 °C. We deliver our castings fine cleaned. If required, we can perform additional work on castings using NC, CNC and traditional metal-cutting machines. We have partners offering heat treatment and double heat treatment, we can have such work performed ourselves. Our annual capacity is 200-300 tonnes, our products range from 0.01 to 10 kg. 98% of our production is exported to Western Europe. In 2005, the value of our deliveries totalled a few thousand euros less than € 1 million, this year we expect turnover to reach € 1.2 - 1.3 million.
