In 1997, a second company was registered in Tianjin, China, as TIANJIN EAGLE SEAL GARMENT COMPANY LIMITED. The main office for both companies is in Tianjin, China's third largest city and near its seaport, XINGANG, the largest in North East China. The staff is a motivated, energetic and very experienced team of specialists drawn from differing sectors of the garment industry in China.
