We provide efficient, up-to-date product development, overseas manufacturing, product sourcing, timely delivery shipment, Quality assurance and timely submission of correct shipping documents. Services provided by us include: Product Development and Sourcing ***** Research new trends in fabrics and accessories. ***** Develop collections according to Buyers specifications. ***** Develop designs, drawing boards and sketches provided by each buying organizations to finish garments. Market Research ***** Identification of manufacturers suitable for the production of the goods of interest to the buyers. ***** Identify available product space. ***** Inform buyers of the business practices in the country. ***** Report on the market price levels of each item. ***** Report on available fabrics and yarns in the local market. Product Monitoring and Quality Control ***** Ensures laboratory tests are done prior to bulk production of fabrics and upon arrival of fabrics at the factory warehouse. ***** Checks patterns prior to production. ***** Control of approval samples prior to sending to the buyer. ***** Identify risk factors in the production of garment and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to minimize problem in the production of goods. ***** Conduct production meeting with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that all comments given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible problems are discussed and corrective measures are implemented during production. ***** Provide regular production status report. ***** Conduct quality control on the following stages of production based on international AQL standards required: Initial Production Control (IPC) - done at the time the manufacturer has initial output for all sizes and color. 100% Inspection (100I) Where required by Buyer we even conduct 100% Inspection of Garments after sewing and finishing but before the garments are packed into poly-bags. This is a unique service only provided by us. Final Random Inspection (FRI) - done at the time the goods are completely packed in export cartons and packing lists is presented to inspection team prior to actual inspection of goods. Documentation Monitoring ***** Coordinating with Forwarder / Shipping Company to do the Boat planning and sailing schedule, ensuring the Exporter is providing all required details for Export Customs clearance for the Cargo and monitoring the Export clearance. ***** Ensure that the shipping documents are in accordance with specific requirements of the order terms, and conditions of customs classification of the product, correct description of the merchandise in accordance with the terms and conditions spelled out in the letter of credit. ***** Ensures prompt sending of shipping documents.
