Company Description

Bahadir Dockyard was established by Ali Bahadir in 1863 in Trabzon. From 1864 to 1872, Bahadir Dockyard mainly manufacturing fishing boats served as a subcontractor during the manufacture of Suhulet Ferryboat which was the first ferryboat of Turkey.

Bahadir Dockyard that ended its activities in 1989 contributed to the development of maritime industry by manufacturing hundreds of boats during its entire activity life.

Angel Cengiz Siklaroglu, the grandson of the founder Ali Bahadir re-established the company in order to revive again and to introduce into European market. The products, the vision and the identity of the company AN GEL GRUP YAT INSAAT TURIZM VE KOZMETIK SAN. TIC. LTD. STIre renewed and it was named as Angel Yachts and then moved to Istanbul.

Angel Yachts first started to manufacture lobster models with classical designs, and it started to add different models into its product range thanks to the confidence of the success of lobster models.

Angel Yachts keeping its models out of ordinary lines in terms of both design and color is using retro designs and different colors in all models.

Instead of manufacturing boutique boats, Angel Yachts aims to perform mass production with high quality-low cost policy and has 9 different models between 7 and 26 meters in its product range.

As of 2012, annual manufacture of Angel Yachts is over 60 boats and the company is the first in Turkey and fourth in Europe in terms of classical fiber boat manufacture.
