About APO
Since establishment on August 2002, APO as a high-tech venture company has been mainly producing UV applied products - UV Exposure System, UV Cure System, Lamination System, and UV Lamps. APO's proved technology-oriented products have improved customers' productivities on many fields from Korea and foreign countries such as display, semiconductor, PCB, printing, and coating industry.

UV Exposure System
It has excellent compatibility and workability to various specifications of DF products. The temperature of its panel is managed to below 21C. Designed for sequential and simultaneous exposure on both sides, it is operated by semi-type and selective use of manual type.

UV Cure System
It is the both sides-curing model suitable for production of BGA, FPCB and various PCBs of PSR and Marking Cure. It can be also used in various PCBs and is produced as a low-temperature curing model by applying an effective cooling system. Topped with PoAPO Co., Ltdr Controller functions that control the output of the lamp, it can easily manipulate setup and control on UV energy. It has increased maintenance and usability functions by using PLC Controller, Inverter, and Touch Panel.

Lamination System
Its realization of the left and right cylinder synchronization has essentially resolved to improve an imbalance of the roller pressure and distinctions of operating and response. By built-in thermodynamic design of the heater inside Roller and adoption power control systems by a microcomputer, it has achieved the high-level of Temperature Uniformity. It also holds lower maintenance costs and Ionizer Systems. Its Roller made of special techniques freezes up mechanical strains with regard to the frequency of use. Its frames and other components with a high degree of Duralumin are lightweight and rugged and its structural supplies are designed to facilitate the exchange of Roller and Heater.

High/Middle Pressure UV Mercury Lamp
Using unique spectrum of mercury, these lamps as the most widely-used lamps, abundantly emit 365nm, 405nm, and 436nm of wavelength. It also radiates a small amount of 253.7nm wavelength and an infrared light. Using 320nm~420nm of UV spectrums, it can be effectively used for curing work with less than 15um of coating-thickness of UV adhesives, paints, coatings, and printing.
