  Where as, the end of the 3-three month period, paid will be made at loading port.
  Payment Terms: Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Unconditional, Auto-Revolving, FFSBLC issued and confirmed for 16 months (based on a 12 months contract) By of 25 World Prime Banks, at sight.
  To move forward , Buyer sends LOI/ICPO with full banking details with permission for soft Probe.
