International Procurement/Liaison Office
We offer to represent, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and be responsible for the overall procurement management of project activities for your company and also follow up your business affairs in Turkey.
Our office will report directly to your company Procurement Director.
We offer a base contact address, representation of Company, and direct interaction on behalf of Company with Manufacturers and Suppliers.

Key Duties
Managing the entire process for each Procurement activity with regards to requirements from specified country,
Working with the appropriate Head of Department to create the documents required for procurement including contract notices, specifications, contract terms and evaluation,
Keeping up to date with regard to changes in the Foreign Trade regulations in the field of procurement,
Reviewing all purchase requests for valid procurement processes,
Liaising closely with the Procurement Office of Company,
Performing market research for possible contractors/suppliers/products,
Proofreading documentation,
Overseeing all the Purchase contracts and monitoring their implementation,
Initiating new procedures for all contracts due to expire.

Sourcing Agent
Sourcing manufacturers in Turkey and also International Platforms for overseas buyers, traders and end users. We provide detailed market research, locate best price and support Export activities.

Materials we have supplied to our Clients within Turkey, the Middle East, North Africa and Russia.
