• Arisudana Industries Ltd. have been in the textile business for more than 2 decades, and at present are running 22, 000 (approx) spindles of ring spinning system and are producing 500 tonnes per month of 100% acrylic yarn, which we are selling in the domestic market. Owing to the superior quality of the yarn that we produce, we enjoy a premium against our competitors in the domestic market.
  Recently we have gone into expansion and have installed a state-of-the-art spinning plant with MURATA (Japan) Air-Jet spinning machines for both single and double (TFO) yarns. In the spinning preparatory section we have installed TRUTZSCHLER (Germany) machinery. In this section we have their latest DK-780 carding machines equipped with auto-levelers and auto doffers. In addition to this, we have HSR-1000, the latest auto leveler draw frame in the finisher stage. The humidification system is also fully automatic wherein it is all microprocessor based with the critical equipments being imported from HONEYWELL (USA) . We have installed 6 MJS Air-Jet spinning machines for single yarn and 2 MTS for double yarn in the first phase of the plant. The yarn and sliver testing equipments installed have been purchased from PREMIER POLYTRONICS (India) The MJS and MTS are the latest machines being offered by Murata Machinery Worldwide for synthetic and blended yarns. These machines are the 4th generation machines and are installed with the latest INTELLIGENCE-ANALYZER IA / 3 for quality control. The EYC on these machines are DIGITAL and of SELETEX make, which help in delivering a near perfect yarn. The air supplied to the above plant is generated from microprocessor based full-featured ATLAS-COPCO compressors with built in drier.

  We are listing herewith some of the inherent advantages of Air-Jet Yarn. Air-Jet yarn is flawless and near to perfect yarn, free of FLY, FLUFF, SLUB and Contaminations. It enhances knitting / weaving efficiency with lesser stoppages, smooth working, and also reduces needle breakages as it has less hairiness.
  Low Hairiness: It has very few hairs with shorter length, thanks to Air-jet technology. It provides the fabric a clear look.
  Very Low Pilling: Fabric made out of Air-jet Yarn has comparatively very low pilling because of the different yarn structure.
  Bigger Package: Bigger package up to 3 Kgs. Can be supplied. It enhances the downstream process efficiency and quality with very few knots.
  Low yarn count cv% : Unmatchable yarn count cv% up to 0. 5% provides clearer fabric appearance and uniform strength.
  Lower unevenness & low imperfections: Comparatively lower U% and imperfections is the inherent feature of Air-jet Yarn.
  Higher moisture absorption: Low twisted yarn structure offers higher moisture absorption. Hence it is more skin friendly.
  Better dye uptake: Air-jet yarn can be dyed at a comparatively lower temperature and offers steam as well as dyestuff savings.
  Bright dye and low color wash down: Air-jet yarn can be dyed in brighter shades and color retention is higher. Color wash down is comparatively lower.
  Lower lint shedding: Low lint shedding takes place in Air-jet Spun fabrics. Hence weight retention is higher.
  Stability against de-formation: Air-jet spun fabrics are stable against knits de-formation.
  Quick dryness: Loose yarn structure allows more air permissibility. Hence it dries faster.
  At present we are manufacturing 100% polyester but on demand we are in a position to supply 100% Viscose, Polyester-viscose blend, Polyester-acrylic, Acrylic-cotton etc.
  The above blends can be manufactured in a count range from 1 / 15Ne to 1 / 80Ne and also 2 / 15 Ne to 2 / 76 Ne.
