ASIA OPTICAL MANUFACTORY LTD. has started its operation in Hong Kong since 1962 and is specializing in the production of all kinds of spectacles. With more than 38 years of experience in this business, Asia Optical Manufactory Limited ShenZhen Factory has now become one of the more established optical manufacturers in the territory. Unlike other optical companies and trading houses who solely operate on an outward sub-contracting basis, we have full control over the sampling, production, R&D and cost management. With our head office located in Hong Kong, we have operated our own production plant in Shenzhen (China). The self-owned factory building has a total floor area of 50, 000 ***** and consists of 3 production lines. They are for handmade acetate frames, metal frames and injection-moulded frames respectively. Maximum output is now maintained at 150, 000 pairs of spectacles per month. In addition, we have established a representative office in Shanghai (China). A workforce of around 300 persons is currently employed as a total. Most of our materials and machinery are imported from Italy, Germany, Japan & USA and our product quality is guaranteed. To ensure you the best products, all of the production procedures are carried out by our well-trained workers and closely monitored by experienced supervisors. We have ***** inspections after each stage of production, plus a final ***** inspection before packaging. For ordering, you can either select from our existing 1, 000 different styles prepared by our in-house designers or provide your own OEM models. Prototypes can be finished within 20 days for your examination and the first shipment will be delivered by 60 days after the sample approval.
