• Asia Steel Factory Enterprise (Thailand) Co., Ltd (ASFE) is one of the subsidiary company of Thailand-based Asia Steel Group. It is a construction company. As the Thai Factory Construction Industry continues to grow and move forward, ASFE was conceptualized to join and meet the demands of this growth in Thailand. The company initially catered to local companies and had been successful in the construction of logistic warehouses, malls, airport buildings and rail links, and most of all different factory designs.
  Later on Asia Steel Factory Enterprises (Thailand) Co., Ltd. were discovered by foreign entities that were also interested to invest in Thailand by setting up their own factories and other facilities. Some of these are manufacturers of die-cut materials and car spare parts coming from India. Then, other companies expressed their interest in the construction of multi-purpose buildings and other facilities. Others also are now getting into contract with us in doing the same projects, not in Thailand but, in their own countries. These projects include either doing the actual construction or just the engineering and architectural designs, supplying management softwares and other amenities required in their business.
  Aside from actual construction works, we also help our clients find the best place for them to construct and set up their facilities in Thailand, as this country continues to attract the attention of investors worldwide. This is the specialization of one of our subsidiary company, the Thai Industrial Park Co., Ltd (TIP) , which is in charge in securing BOI Free Zone (Thailand BOI Free Zones) sites for our clients. We also own an existing industrial park with different lot areas, either for sale or for lease, which are suitable for both GIZ and EPZ. This is also being managed by the Thai Industrial Park (TIP) .   We also have existing clients that manufacture different products exclusively for Thailand market only, but we can see that their products' quality is globally competitive. These manufacturers got into partnership with us in terms of global marketing because of their limitations in communicating with foreign language such as English.
  One of these products is the one of its kind automotive silver and chrome paints that is specially formulated for wheel rims or alloy magwheels and bumpers. Some of these are posted in our products section. This product is only available in Thailand and many users worldwide (US, Australia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa) already had their second and third purchases from us.
  Another unique product is our aluminum pallet which has been tested and proven to be more efficient, economical, long lasting and environmental friendly. We give lifetime warranty for this particular product.
  In addition to this, some of our clients had expressed their need of competent employees and workers. This prompted us to set up a human resource assistance system in our company. In the near future however we will be getting into, and will be operating full blast, in this business as well.
