According to the growing need of demands and also increasing the world prices of materials and bitumen that have direct relation to the world price of oil, and wage increases and side costs of production, conditions are such that the price of this material (Asphalt) has increased day by day, therefore the ultimate price of projects will naturally increase. In these conditions and given that a significant percentage of the produced Asphalts which are previously distributed and used in passages are destroyed due to the new construction operations such as new construction designs include increases and decreases in bands and new middle islands, performing service firms activities such as water and wastewater and …, or completion of Asphalt desired life by road construction machines, and then carry and bury with very high costs, so these activities in addition to environmental risks due to burial and long returning cycle of materials and bitumen to the environment and because of the destroying of capital , have many disadvantages, and on the other side, new Asphalt purchasing from factories requires great deal of price payment, also sand and gravel mining for Asphalt production causes the loss of these enormous capitals; Actually, during the Asphalt destruction , kind of national capital discarding have been taken place. Thus, Asphalt Machine have to find a way to prevent the loss of national capitals. In this project, we have tried to present a way for preserving these capitals and restore them to the consumption cycle. Ultimate result of this research is to provide recycling machine for waste pieces of Asphalt. The current invention is related to the recycling family and especially Asphalt recycling machines that have important and effective role on protecting environment and also economies of scale.
