Company Description

Atameken-Agro JSC is a reorganized KazAgroTrade+ Ltd that was founded in 2003. From the beginning of 2004 the Company started vigorous business activity, connected with production of agricultural products on the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent realization both domestically and internationally. From the very foundation Company&＃39;s activity was focused on the build-up of production capacities, namely increasing the area of croplands and creating the necessary machinery base. Currently the Company is mainly concentrated on forming an effective logistical infrastructure, which means Company&＃39;s full self-sufficiency in production storage and transporting. The Company has also been increasing the area of croplands in close proximity to existing land assets, which allows it to make the expansion more effective by optimizing the cultivation costs. Along with it, the Company is planning to diversify its activity by developing the production of meat products and flAtameken-Agro. The group of companies consists of thirteen legal entities. Twelve entities are agricultural units dealing with grain production, cropping, rendering services of agricultural production storage. The parent company of the Group of Companies is Atameken-Agro JSC functioning as: a manager of Group&＃39;s business, an adviser in business, legal, financial, accounting and other aspects, a provider of the production means to the units, a seller of final products both on domestic and international markets. In export direction the Company has established relations with such consumers as Nordic Bulk Company A/S, Nibulon S.A., Nidera Handelcompagnie B.V. At the same time the Company&＃39;s actively exploring new export distribution channels.
