Dear Sir,Atin bio polymer company, is located in Iran, Tehran and Atin Bio-Polymer Co. have designed and developed various novel wound care products which have been approved for industrial production. It would be appreciated if you send us some information about your related machinery and also their prices. In addition, we will be thankful if you let us know that whether your machinery are made under the license of another company or is originally customized . For your more information about us, we would like to mention some points as follows. Briefly, we are going to manufacture wound care products based on four polymeric materials. They are first mixed based on patented formulations, then will be processed into different types of products such as dressing patch, film, gel or powder. For patch and film products, the polymeric mix will be coated on a backing layer made of non woven fabrics via a film applicator. The rest of the process includes drying, lamination, cutting and packaging. The thickness of the film should be adjustable manually or automatically. Our company seeks to manufacture film and patch products in the size of 5�- 5�0- 10�0-10�0-20�0 cm 2 with a rate of 1,000,000 pieces per year.
