This company is mainly in infrastructure equipment leasing, mining (mainly coal) and has recently entered into OIL RIGS. Our Group Companies includes: a) Gremach Infrastructure Equipments & Projects Ltd. b) Austral Coke and Projects Ltd. (ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004) c) Armstrong Infrastructure and Projects Ltd. d) Osho Gremach Mining Limitada, Mozambique. e) PetroGrema Overseas Pte. Ltd. Singapore f) Kaz Grema, Kazakhstan The activities of our group companies are: a) We are into infrastructure equipment leasing. b) We have LAM Coke manufacturing plant. c) We have SAW Pipe manufacturing unit in Gujarat. d) We are Manufacturing Refractories. e) We have signed MOU with BOMCO China to buy 40 Onshore Drilling Rigs in 3 yrs. f) We have signed for Mauritius City Development- Phase II Project with ***** Mauritius for developing Residential & Commercial Real Estate. g) We are developing/ building SEZs in India, besides this, we have joint venture with more than 10 Iron Ore mines in India. h) We have acquired 11 mining exploratory licenses in Mozambique- The first phase exploration work has already begun. i) In Indonesia acquisition of coal mines is under process. j) We are processing the final deal for Oil Block in Kazakhstan. k) Our group companies are also in advance negotiations for acquiring Mining licenses and oil blocks in other countries. l) We have acquired 7 Coal Mines, 2 Iron Ore Mines, 3 Coal Dumps, 2 Iron Ore Dumps, We have stockpile of Pig Iron (Fe:92%- 16 Million MT) in South Africa, also we have joint venture with 5 operational Mines in South Africa. m) We are in the process of getting Exploration projects of Coal with Botswana and Namibia Government (each more than 500000 hectors)
