We buy bulk, cut and polish from rough gem material, make our own settings, have our own workshop and our workshop/office is not a shop-front, therefore our overheads are a fraction of the cost of running a shop front retail store. We also have long-standing, loyal relationships with our suppliers and accordingly, this translates into savings for our valued clients. Although we appreciate that most customers are jewellery "savvy" we offer a unique free service to every customer that walks through our door by briefing them on the different qualities, characteristics and what to look out for when purchasing opals and pearls.
